A: Send your data to sales@e-tecsales.com Remember to specify the quantity(s) and lead-time(s) needed. We accept RS-274X Gerber files, .pdf, and CAD/CAM files with .dwg, and .dxf, filenames. PCB quotations are returned in 24 hours, unless you are requesting a quick turn around time, then it will only be a couple of hours. Membrane Switches, Key Pads, Graphic Overlays and Sheet Metal Fabrication have some processes and/or materials that are not in-house. Please allow 3-5 days for these quotations.

Q: How do we place a purchase order?
A: E-TEC Sales puts you in contact with their partners. Contact information and ordering instructions are stated on every quotation. Our partners send prompt confirmation of every order, so you can rest assured it has been received and is being processed.

Q: Can you hold an inventory?
A: Yes. We can hold an inventory in the USA or in Asia. Please inform us at the time of quote if you will be needing this service.
